General Information: Appreciated for its rich, deep color, thin
edible skin and tender, nutty flesh. When halved and grilled it captures
a smoky flavor that is unparalleled. Excellent baked or fried. Cooking
time is reduced with these smaller eggplants as their overall size and
skin thickness is less than standard eggplant. High in fiber.
