General Information: Ripen at room temperature. The skin is inedible,
but the pink to dep salmon color fresh holds a distinct tropical aroma
and flavor, with lemon to strawberry flavors being detected. May be
pureed, poached, jelled or enjoyed raw with other tropical fruits. This
fruit is high in vitamin C and A.
